Significant Living has contracted with an Internet expert who is college trained to make available the expertise needed to assist our members in successful computer operation. From the very simple questions to more complex issues, our own Web Master (WM) will be ready to answer your questions and find solutions to your computer issues.

Many times we have heard the stories of new computer users who get befuddled with some computer error, the computer locked up, or some quirk on the screen that they can’t figure out. If you call service technicians they often say to go read your manual. Even reading the manual might work if someone would help you know what to read and what you are looking for in that glut of information. Then if you call an actual service person it can cost over a $100.00 for a simple fixit.

Every problem can’t be fixed over the Internet, but there are many times that a simple procedure can fix the problem if you know what to do. WM will use his expertise to respond with help on everything from what equipment to buy, how to hook up equipment, how to get on the Internet, how to do searches more effectively, how to get the funny line off my screen when I’ve tried everything, and anything else that you would like some help with.
